Where Sunnah meets Psychology for Stronger Families
Welcome to Tawwaf Talks, a monthly faith-based mental wellness series that combines Islamic guidance with psychological insight. Each month, we host live virtual sessions tailored for parents, teens, and kids, empowering every member of the family to grow emotionally, spiritually, and socially. Through expert-led talks, mentorship, and Q&A, we help families navigate today’s challenges with resilience, clarity, and faith.
Our Journey
Tawwaf Talks is led by Mohamed Elrafih, a clinical and educational provisional psychologist with over 2 decades of experience supporting Muslim families, teens, and children. Known for his approachable style and deep understanding of both psychology and Islamic values, Mohamed has worked with hundreds of youth and parents to help them navigate real-life challenges with clarity and compassion.

Amina K, Parent
“I was amazed by how engaging the session was. My 10-year-old now reminds me to talk about our ‘family values’ each week!”
Yusuf A, Participant
“I thought this was just another lecture, but it felt like a conversation. I learned so much about myself.”
Sr. Layla D, Community Educator
“This is the kind of programming every Muslim family needs. It felt Islamic, practical, and so relevant.”
